ACADEMY PROGRAMME

TNP ACADEMY PROGRAMME AND WHAT IT CAN DO FOR YOU ...

The 2010 Academy programme is designed primarily to help you grow your business. This objective will be achieved by taking a structured approach to the development of your business. In 2010 this will involve a three stage approach as outlined in the following table:

Stage	Inputs	Outcomes	Time Frames
One	Content from the Winter and Spring Seminar Series Pre Consultation questionnaire (completed by adviser) Individual planning session with TNP performance coach	An individual growth programme for your business for 2010	One full day in Jan/Feb
Two	Annual subscription to Risk Store website (templates and resources for risk advisers) Regular coaching support from your TNP performance coach	Support and accountability to help you make the changes necessary to grow your business	Ongoing throughout 2010
Three	One day group workshop with the Risk School	This workshop will be tailored to meet the development needs of Academy members (this will be assessed once we have completed the planning sessions in early 2010)	July/August 2010

Your obligations as a Member:

The Academy is designed to help you grow your business. To maximise your results within the programme you will need to:

Make a commitment to professional business development.
Accept the direction and support that will be provided for you by your performance coach.
Meet with other Academy members in your area on a regular basis to share ideas and support.

TNP Guarantee

If you fully commit to this programme and undertake the required actions, but do not experience an API growth of at least 10% over the previous year, TNP will refund your 2010 subscription.
